Hannah Rose
CBS Survivor alum & therapist turned CEO helping clinicians prioritize alignment and abundance over scarcity and burnout
I’m Hannah Rose, LCPC, a therapist, consultant, and founder of Rose Wellness Counseling and The Thriving Practice Academy. After years of watching therapists burn out while trying to help others heal, and experiencing it myself, I decided to change the way we approach business in mental health.
When I appeared on CBS’s Survivor, my decision to quit the show sparked a nationwide conversation and became one of the most defining experiences of my life. It taught me that authenticity matters more than approval, even when the world is watching, and revealed how deeply unhealthy and shame-driven our culture’s response to “quitters” can be. That experience solidified my mission to help therapists, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven professionals create sustainable success rooted in alignment rather than exhaustion.
I’m also 14 years sober, a milestone that continues to shape my work, my leadership, and my belief that growth and healing are lifelong processes.
Through my Academy and consulting work, I teach therapists how to build practices that support both their clients and themselves. I bring honesty, warmth, and real-world experience to every interview, sharing insights about resilience, imposter syndrome, shame, boundaries, burnout, and redefining success in a helping profession that often forgets to help its own.
If your audience cares about authenticity, leadership, personal growth, or running a values-centered business, they’ll leave our conversation with tangible tools and a renewed sense of clarity and courage.

I’m Markus Heitkoetter, the founder and CEO of Rockwell Trading. Nearly two decades ago, I left a successful career at IBM in Germany — with nothing more than a laptop and $30,000 — to pursue my passion for trading here in the U.S. Since then, I’ve traded millions of dollars, written the international bestseller The Complete Guide to Day Trading, and built Rockwell Trading into one of the most trusted trading education companies in the world.
My mission is simple: to make trading accessible and help everyday people achieve financial freedom. I’m known for breaking down complex financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies that anyone can apply — whether they’re brand-new to the markets or seasoned investors.
Over the years, I’ve been featured on Yahoo Finance, CNN, and other major outlets, and I’ve had the privilege of teaching and mentoring tens of thousands of traders around the globe. On podcasts, I love sharing not only proven trading strategies, but also the lessons I’ve learned about risk, mindset, and creating true freedom through wealth.

Patrick Francey
-High Performance is a result of Low Tolerances-
Patrick Francey – The MindShui Way: Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, and Human Performance
Patrick Francey is one of Canada’s most respected voices in real estate investment education and personal development. As the long-time CEO of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN), he has spent over four decades guiding entrepreneurs and investors toward financial freedom—equipping them with systems, tools, and insights that have supported more than 43,000 property transactions worth over $5.3 billion.
But Patrick’s story isn’t only about numbers. It’s about transformation.
Through his acclaimed podcast The Everyday Millionaire, he has held conversations with entrepreneurs, leaders, and athletes who look “ordinary” on the outside yet have achieved extraordinary results. He draws out not just their strategies, but the mindsets and values that carried them through setbacks, uncertainty, and success.
Together with his wife, Olympic-level mental performance coach Steffany Hanlen-Francey, Patrick co-founded MindShui™, a movement he calls “Feng Shui for the Mind.” The MindShui Way clears the mental clutter that keeps high-achievers stuck—hidden beliefs, outdated identities, and unaligned values—so they can accelerate clarity, execution, and purpose across all areas of life.
Patrick’s approach bridges macro-economics, entrepreneurship, and human performance. He translates complex real estate and market cycles into actionable strategies for investors, while also coaching leaders to navigate uncertainty, overcome identity traps, and design lives grounded in Health, Freedom, and Purpose. At the heart of his philosophy is a belief he repeats often:
“High performance is a result of low tolerances.”

Dr. Jill Stocker...The Medicine of Liberation and Wholeness, where Science Meets Soul. Reclaiming your Wild Self—the untamed, whole essence that longs to live fully expressed, embodied, and free.
I started in traditional Family Medicine, but even before that, as a woman, traveled through hormonal changes that went unrecognized and misdiagnosed...for almost two decades!!! This is when I found my current field of hormone optimization, literally changing and SAVING my life! It was my hormonal "AWAKENING" that then led to my physical, emotional, spiritual, and sexual awakening, inspiring me to help others to step into theirs.
My life's work is to embody my fullest self and to help guide others in reclaiming their Wild Self—the untamed, whole essence that longs to live fully expressed, embodied, and free—empowering them to awaken into their most realized, liberated selves.
Her work seeks to understand the whole person, fully embraced, embodied, and liberated—body, mind, heart, spirit, and sexuality. She helps individuals reclaim health, agency, and their Wild Self—the untamed essence that longs to live fully expressed, embodied, and free.
A trusted voice in integrative and transformational medicine, Dr. Jill’s life’s work is to guide others in reclaiming/remembering their Wholeness, Wildness, Vitality, and Liberation—awakening into the most realized expression of who they are…untamed, whole, and fully liberated.
