U.S. citizens and permanent residents will be allowed into Canada for non-essential reasons starting August 9th, if they're fully vaccinated. Good news for border towns in New Brunswick who will welcome back family, shoppers and tourists. We check in with Edmundston Mayor Eric Marquis.
