Ian Irving hosts The Athletic's podcast dedicated to Manchester United with regular pundits, club correspondent Laurie Whitwell and United We Stand Editor Andy Mitten.

United crashed out of the cup on Friday night and, while it ruined Andy's weekend, Ian wasn't quite so upset, and Laurie was more concerned with a romantic weekend in the Eternal City.

Back to the league, then, and a trip to Burnley starts what will hopefully be a fruitful February with some very winnable games in store. We also have an update from the U23s and Andy reports on his attendance at the Munich memorial service.
