  • The power of mindset check-ins to help you overcome your biggest pain points and fears

What is your biggest pain point right now in your life? I asked this question to the boss mama community and the top two things that came up were freedom and money. Yet, these things are rarely what is really standing in our way. They are the byproduct of the root cause - fears and limiting beliefs. Which is why the only way we are able to overcome the pain and achieve what we really desire is if we do the work to understand the core issue. In today's episode I not only provide how the first black female astronaut in space, Mae Jemison, was able to overcome her fear of heights so she could go to space, I also talk about how important it is that we get better at having mindset check-ins with ourselves so we don't let our fears hold us back. You will learn what a mind-set check in is, a simple method called the 5 why's which can help you apply this in your own life and I share a personal example to empower you to implement the mindset check-ins in your life so you can overcome your major pain points today.

  • How to manifest your dreams with a growth mindset

Your future reality is based on the options you give yourself right now - why not give yourself unlimited possibilities with what you can accomplish in this life? It all boils down to your ability to adopt a growth mindset. That might sound easy but most of us walk around unconsciously with a limited mindset - with beliefs about scarcity and limitations, mostly due to our environment - our culture, how we were raised, what we were taught in school or even how we advance in our careers. And since our wellness is directly correlated to our mindset, it's no wonder the state of the world we are in right now - where studies have shown that 85% of people have low self-esteem. The good news is that if we can adopt a growth mindset it impacts not only our own happiness and life, it will also have a ripple effect to all around us.

Which is why I'm excited about this episode, where I share my 4-step process designed to support a growth mindset in order to unleash your full potential and empower you to manifest your big dreams. I also share personal stories about my own mindset journey struggles, which keep this conversation vulnerable and real, in order to inspire you to expand your mind, ignite your passions and elevate your life. Basically, if I can do it, you can too!

    • How to achieve more freedom in your business with a minimalist strategy

Ever feel overwhelmed as an entrepreneur? Ever look at other boss mamas and wonder how they seem to have it all figured out? Ever worry if you'll ever find the freedom you crave as an entrepreneur since it seems all you do is work hard on your business?

If these questions resonate, you will want to tune into this week's episode. I talk to Diana Olynick, an engineer + business systems and VR strategist on a mission to help and inspire entrepreneurs towards the realization that streamlining their business through the right systems is the only way to achieve more freedom from their business and therefore more fulfillment in their lives. She calls this "a minimalist business" because the simpler the operations, the better results you can get as you focus more on what is important: your strategy.

During our discussion, Diana shares her incredible story, including hardships like growing up very poor, not being able to find a job and even not knowing how she was going to pay her bills. Tune in to hear what her experiences taught her, including how little we actually need to be happy, what the 4 Ms stand for in her "minimalist business" framework and what inspired the dream behind M4 Women Magazine.

    • How giving up and surrendering control can actually help you become more

After losing both of her parents, Susanne Biro woke up and realized it was time to give up and surrender control over what she wanted to become. She decided it was no longer necessary to become anything or achieve anything more. It was enough to be present with the life that she had and enjoy the moments as they were happening. This is when the magic started to happen, incredible opportunities came into her life that she wasn't even aware were possible, including being invited to Sir Richard Branson's house.

In this episode Susanne discusses the discipline and mindset it takes to let go and surrender control, including how to rethink the way you set goals or even how you talk to yourself. • How to transform your life through empowerment

"Negative, positive or neutral - which energy are you?" This is the question you should be asking yourself and reflect on if you want to transform your life and become more empowered. It is also one of the main concepts discussed in the book "The Science of Empowerment," by today's podcast guest Laura Brennan Ballet, author of the book and teacher of the formula J3=E.

Laura openly shares how she was able to put this formula into practice during her own journey of transformation and how it all started at her wedding when her brother, former US olympics gymnastics coach James Christopher Brennan, said to her "come on, it's time." And by that, he meant, it's time to work together. This is when their magical partnership began and Laura found the inspiration to write her book.

This episode is full of wisdom, passion and principles for leading a more empowered life. Tune in and let us know what resonated the most.

          Highlights

          • It's never too late to transform and feel totally empowered
          • Without self trust it is a deeper challenge to trust out in the world
          • Self awareness and connectivity are key
          • Release blame and judgement
          • Trust your inner wisdom
          • About Laura Brennan Ballet

In addition to being the author of the incredible book "The Science of Empowerment," Laura supports her brother Christopher, founder of JEKL, to maximize people’s mental, emotional, and physical potential. The program is predicated on principles that link mind and body with one’s energy.  This is achieved by implementing neuromuscular bodyweight gymnastics conditioning, which is also a catalyst for the Reticulating Activation System, which ultimately effects the brain’s plasticity. As a JEKL 10’s and JEKL FLEX instructor, Laura is able to apply Chris' formula and the principles from her book to help guides clients towards empowerment.

              • Finding trust in yourself after heartbreak and divorce

It took a marriage of 12 years to fall apart for Kristina to realize it was time to start trusting herself.

In this episode, I talk to Kristina Krykhtin, a boss mama of two pursuing her passions as a real estate agent for Signature 1 Lux Estates in South Florida. Get ready to be inspired by Kristina's story and how she was able to learn how to trust again after heartbreak. Her awakening started when she discovered her husband was leading a double life. Kristina's whole world came crashing down. After going through an extremely dark period, Kristina shares how she was able to discover strength and courage to start walking again.

We also talk about her life as a real estate agent, including the myths about what it takes to be selling luxury high end properties. At the heart of this conversation is the journey of what it takes to build relationships - whether it be with yourself, your partner, your kids or your clients. It requires us to tune into our bodies, to not be afraid to ask the tough questions or look at what is really starting back at us and then the persistence it then requires to get through whatever darkness comes our way in order to come out on the other side greater than before.

“Anyone going through a dark time is being primed for greatness”

Kristina is on a mission to help people. By sharing her story, she hopes she can give light to those who are experiencing pain similar to hers. Her dream is to be able to help people get closer to their truth and to grow by finding their confidence. This is truly a beautiful episode filled with so much vulnerability, laughter, authenticity and HOPE.

                    • Romance, kids and a global pandemic - lessons learned

In honor of Valentine's Day, I wanted to share a special episode with you where I get real about the hardest lessons I've learned when it comes to romance, kids and working through challenging changes like a global pandemic. I discuss things like setting and maintaining BOUNDARIES, how to stop being OVERLY CRITICAL, neutralizing your EXPECTATIONS and balancing your FEMININE and MASCULINE energy.

I believe it's possible to find space for romance with little kids even in the middle of a major event like COVID-19. However, I can't promise it will be easy or that there is ONE quick fix. If there is anything I've learned after being with my partner for almost 9 years, it all boils down to being open to giving and receiving UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

To some this might sound cheesy, yet hear me out. I am not saying that there won't be moments where you feel everything but unconditional love for your partner. What I'm talking about is the INTENTION you have for your relationship. The intention stems from your MINDSET and it shapes your BELIEFS, VALUES, BEHAVIORS and ultimately what you SEE show up in your relationship. In short, I have learned to take 100% ACCOUNTABILITY for what I experience in my relationship. This is the REAL work. It is easier to blame the other person or highlight all their shortcomings, it is another thing to recognize your part. When both people are committed to unconditional love, it becomes a journey of finding a way to appropriately express and ask for what you desire (in the right tone and time) which requires a healthy balance of giving and receiving.

Tune in to hear more about my intentions when it comes to my relationship (including my fave mantra) and how my husband and I have been growing through this wonderful (and challenging) journey of parenting as partners. I hope this offers you new perspective as it pertains to your own relationships as well as ideas on steps you can take to create more romance despite any of the chaos going on around you.

Are you ready to hustle less and still make your dreams come true?

We are still in the very beginning of the year which means it's an excellent time to reflect and reevaluate where you are placing your focus and energy in order to achieve your dreams. So many people today are experiencing overwhelm, stress, health issues and even burn out. With information coming at us all day long, it increases the amount of choices we feel we need to make in our day, thereby decreasing our ability to focus, let alone diverting us from spending time with the most important person - ourselves.

It took a devastating miscarriage for me to wake up and realize that life is too short to be spending any of my time or focusing any of my energy on anything that doesn't ignite my passions, expand my mind or elevate my life (hence the tagline for Zielo Studio). In other words, hustle less and focus more on the things you value.

If you're ready to take back your power with your time and energy so you can feel more calm, confident, creative and empowered to manifest you dreams, I am here to help you! Tune into this episode where I take you through the formula I use for myself and my clients in order to achieve a hustle less approach and mindset while still kicking ass and creating your dream life.

                          How big is your imagination?

If you're like most (including myself at one time), we prefer to play it small. Big dreams often scare us. It forces us to see beyond the limitations we have been hardwired to believe exist. Yet, people's big dreams come true all the time! So how is it possible? That is the mission I have been on for the last several years ever since leaving my Corporate position and jumping blindly into the Entrepreneur world. And now I am ready to share the five steps you can start using right now order to make your dreams come true with heart and soul. These are not only the steps I take but also how I coach my clients to expand their mindset and manifest their dreams.  I also share the story of what enabled me to dream bigger and why these big dreams are important for our mental health.

This episode is for anyone looking for proof and practical steps they can take to empower themselves and manifest their dreams. I am so humbled and grateful for the opportunity to share my experiences and methods with you. My big dream is that more boss mamas and female entrepreneurs not only go after their dreams but make them come true, proving to themselves that they are capable of anything they put their mind to but also paving the way for future generations to come.  When you break down your own barriers, it creates a beautiful domino effect for all those around you.
