What a way to start the NBA Regular Season with a Double OT Game. Unfortunately, the Celtics found themselves on the wrong side of that game but there are a lot of positives to take from this one. JB had a career night and his handles look better than ever. We saw Grant and Timelord step up in a major way tonight and show improvements. Grant looked way better from deep and so did Romeo Langford. While Tatum had, arguably, the worst game of his career, the Celtics were still in this game to the end which is promising. The ball was flying around the court which was an emphasis of new coach Ime Udoka which led to 34 assists on the night. It's never fun to start the season with an L but you move on and hope you can continue to put that type of effort forward.
