Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! We now have a new party! That’s our first ever party wipe. I’m shocked it’s taken this long to be honest. The new party may be even crazier than the first one. We have a pirate, a bird person (definitely corporate skeksis), Woody Allen turtle accountant, and someone who worships the random.
Having been raised from the dead, the group feels it’s time to stretch their legs by raising hell in neighboring towns. But in the end they’re going to need to find a base of operations.
What sort of mischief is the group going to get up to? Where will their base of operations be? Why is this bird person obsessed with eating certain things? Is this accountant the most evil character the group has ever rolled? Tune in and find out!

Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Turns out that dragging sound was a helmed horror! Not the easiest of foes considering half the party is banged up, and they are with subpar gear.
There is also the matter of this strange bedroom. A bed with a skeleton on it. A ritual circle. Fresh flowers and candles. Not to mention this strange humming coming from the armoire. Maybe the party should have taken at least a short nap before stumbling into a fight.

Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! A Mimic! Funny enough, we have never had a true mimic before! That being said, having monsters pop up while the party doesn’t have any weapons or armor may prove difficult.
Not to help matters, but the party members seem to have little devilish tattooed hands moving towards their throat very slowly. What happens if they meet? Will they die?!? Ah crap, a ticking clock!
As the group explores the castle, each level seems to give another piece of the puzzle as far as what happened to it, however, something just doesn’t seem right. Something doesn’t make sense.
How old is this castle? What happened to its inhabitants? What is that dragging sound? What do these tattoos do? Why is all this gunpowder piled up in a very specific spot? Tune in and find out!

January 30, 2023 Down The Oceanic Drain
Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Now that the group has finally made it to the bottom of the cliffs, some faster than others, now what? Unfortunately, the whole reason they broke into prison in the first place was Callam Etie, who is now dead. Not to mention Ned has been rendered unconscious and is missing a hand.
That being said, the group is stranded on the rocks, a vertical rock wall on one side, a merciless ocean on the other. However, there seems to be a small whirlpool not too far out to sea. Exploring it, there seems to be aquatic skeletons attempting to block up a newly formed hole.
Before it can be sealed, the party makes their way down and into a mysterious underwater cavern. With nowhere else to go, they decide to explore the long dead skeletal corpse of a Titanoturtle!
What is a titanoturtle? Why are they going into the cavern? Are they alone in this cavern? Why should you never just stick your appendages in suspicious water? Tune in and find out!

Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! We are joined by a special guest: Adal Rifai from the Hello From The Magic Tavern podcast! He is playing quite the culinary mastermind, albeit of prison food. However, he USED to be a big time chef on the outside.
Since the group is not the stealthiest when discussing plans, a little psychopathic chef overhears the plan and wants to be part of it. However, now they’re part of the cooking crew making the feast for the following night. This both helps and complicates matters since they need to escape before the feast.
The group assumes the feast is poisoned…so they’re gonna make sure that happens. For…reasons.

Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! So H.E.C.K. used to be an elf? This information must have come as quite a surprise to them! However, one thing we don’t know is if H.E.C.K. will decide to take the offer of becoming a guard. They certainly act like they want to be one. Will it be a double cross? Or a triple cross? Only time will tell.
Also, someone else who knows Ned also claims to be from the future and they seem to have some sort of past together. One person with delusions of the future is laughable but two with the exact same story is curious. Could they really be from the future?
They find the armor crafter in the mines and they also locate the potential way out. Now they just need to figure out a way to get out of prison without anyone knowing. What is their plan of escape? When is the best time to leave? What are the chances something could go wrong? Are there any more surprises waiting for them? Tune in and find out!

Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Well, they were told to make an example of some inmates and they certainly did that. In a very odd murderous way. Wet willies? Not a death people will soon forget. This stunt has earned the group a stay in the hot boxes. For those of you not familiar, this is a small steel box that they lock you in. In the midday sun, these get incredibly hot. It’s basically a form of torture, and a deterrant.
However, H.E.C.K. really, really doesn’t like being put in a box. After making quite the ingenious escape, that just leaves H.E.C.K. versus the entire prison guard population.
Will the group survive the boxes? How will H.E.C.K. get out of murder by dozens of guards? What is going on in the center of the prison? What would happen if you shot a grappling hook gun at someone point blank? Tune in and find out!

Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The crew is now in prison. Unfortunately for them, there don’t seem to be any friendly faces. It also doesn’t seem to be the most fair of places. Shocking development. However, they were given a list of instructions by Wild Bill. As long as they follow those to a T, then there’s probably a minimal chance they’ll make it out alive, but at least there’s a chance!
First thing on the docket, make an example, and show the rest of the inmates that you are not people to be trifled with. Unfortunately for some hill dwarves, they have drawn the target of the group. Granted, the group was being very rude to their crippled friend, but hey, that’s how prison goes.
Who is this crippled prisoner? Why did the group choose to make fun of him? Will they be able to make an example of the dwarves? How do they plan to scar the rest of the inmates? What’s a hot box? Tune in and find out!
