In an interview with Natasha Walker, co-chair of Switchboard - the LGBT helpline - they learn how Switchboard volunteers are able to change the outlook of those calling when in their rock bottoms and how they leave feeling more at ease about their situations. Brendan and Matthew then think about the short and long-term fixes to help improve their outlooks, ready to hit 2019 hard.
