Bounty Board

What is up nerds!? As we hold down our forts at home, the guys on Bounty Board wrap up their 101 series with our episode about PvE games. We all play multiplayer games, but how often do we play games built around cooperative play? Ben and Caleb have spent dozens of hours in Destiny and Destiny 2. Caleb and Sarge have a habit of slaying zombies together, be it in How to Survive or State of Decay 2. Tech has dipped his toes in here and there as well!

So how do we play together? What makes cooperative games fun? Join us as we talk about these things and much more on this weeks episode of Bounty Board!

What’s up friends!? Your favorite video game podcast is back this week with a new episode!

This week Caleb, Ben, and Ryan dig into the some questions that have been plaguing them. Specifically questions about the incoming console generation. What will these systems be priced? What the most you would pay for one? Is there a reason to get each one? Is Xbox even trying to really sell units, or just get you into the ecosystem with Game Pass?

It’s hard to say exactly what is coming in the future. What we do know is that the next generation is going to change the way we thing about games. From systems to to ecosystem. From graphics to games. From physical media to a more digital user base. Join the group as they work through a lot of these questions and get some feelings of their own…Join us!

Happy Saturday! Lots of stuff going on still in the NerdyBits family, so this episode got a hair delayed. But it is LIVE now! Happy late Valentine’s Day to everyone!

Join @LubWub, @sergeantsodium, and @sketchsawyer on this week’s #BountyBoard as they dig into the big Call of Duty and Apex Legends updates from this week. New characters, maps, guns, skins galore, and a battle royale mode for Modern Warfare? There is so much to talk about!

And of course, talking about Battle Royale as a game mode prompted the guys to dive once more into their creative brains to theorize a few more potential BR modes. They also ask themselves what is missing from BR that they want to see start coming more into play. The short answer? Dinosaurs! Join us!

What’s good NerdyBits community!? Your favorite podcast is back this week, after a bit of a delay! Family always comes first, and over the last few days EIC Caleb has been tied up with a lot of family organization. So, sorry the podcast got a little delayed, but it’s here NOW!!!

This week on Bounty Board the crew talks about game fatigue with Christy Sawyer (@CalamityXTJane, aka “The Coolest Granny in Games”). Everyone has a genre of games that is their jam, but have you ever gotten burnt out on games you used to love? Recently Ryan, Ben, and Caleb all voiced their growing weariness of the FPS genre, so we invited Christy to add to the conversation. A dedicated Warframe and Destiny player, she has also reached a point where she wants to branch out and try something new.

Join us as we talk about getting tired of the games we love, looking into our backlog for games we haven’t had a chance to get to, making the decision to play something new, and more!

What’s good NerdyBits community!? Your favorite podcast is back this week, introducing a new, recurring special episode format: Cinematics!

Cinematics is the film review side of Bounty Board. We go see a lot of movies, and we love talking about movies, so we figured, why not make a special show within a show? And who better to kick it off with than @AlmightyZing himself? Zing wrote our 2019 review for movies, so no one could be better to have as an integral part of Cinematics! For Cinematics’s first appearance we thought, what better movie to kick it all off with than the conclusion to the Skywalker Saga?

That’s right folks! We’re going DEEP DIVING into the Rise of Skywalker. BE WARNED!!! SPOILERS A’PLENTY. We dive into the final film in the Skywalker Saga and run through the entire film, from start to beginning talking about what we loved, plot holes, exposed plot armor, and everything else in this massive blockbuster Star Wars!

Jump in and join us on our journey! May the Force be with us. Always.

What is up fellow nerds?! Bounty Board returns this week to talk about…well…games! We are gearing up for a big 2020 and busting through our backlogs in the meantime. This episode Caleb, Ryan, and Ben just kinda get into the weeds. They talk Call of Duty, Star Wars Battle Royale, medieval battle royale, Battlefield 1776, and somehow the conversation got to a place where the words “kid on a stick” were used.

In the coming weeks we are going to be getting back to our more organized format, but this last month of open format hangout has been fun and we want to incorporate it into the swing more. But we also have a lot of things we want to accomplish in 2020. So enjoy this shit show of an episode, and get excited for 2020, because it is going to be awesome!
