Brigham City and Staker Parsons, Inc. have com pleted a land exchange agreement involving 12 parcels to support future development, gravel operations and utility access, with no money exchanged between the parties. The Box Elder Early Childhood Coalition is conducting a survey about library access in the county, to see when, where and how residents access library services to help determine whether there is a need for changes.
