Both southbound lanes of I-15 near Honeyville were closed on Feb. 18 following a collision involving two semi-trucks, according to the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT). Utah’s snowpack has raised concerns among water managers. The state’s snowpack sits at 93% of normal, with two southern Utah basins recording less than 50% of normal snow water equivalent (SWE). More than two years after construction began, and a year after it was completed, employees at the state’s fish hatchery in Mantua celebrated last week beginning operations in their new egg incubating facility.
