The Box Elder County Commission formally certified an interlocal agreement establishing a multicounty united local health department in partnership with Cache County, Rich County, and the Bear River Health Department during its Feb. 12 meeting. The Box Elder County Commission approved the sale of a small surplus property following a public hearing on Feb. 12, finalizing a transaction that will return the land to private ownership.
