The vision of Bradda Head is to create value for shareholders through the acquisition and development of world class lithium deposits and resources.

The Company is seeking to develop its existing portfolio of lithium-rich assets. In addition, the Company will seek to add to its existing portfolio, which may be achieved through acquisitions, partnerships or joint venture arrangements. Such assets or projects may be acquired in whole or in part by the Company.

The Directors believe that their broad collective experience in the areas of exploration, accounting, corporate and financial management together with the opinion of consultant experts in the evaluation and exploitation of lithium projects, will enable the Company to achieve its strategic objective.
