In the personal branding space, authenticity is more than sharing your true essence with the world; it is also about loving and accepting yourself and taking good care of your mental and physical health. The places we carry ourselves to and the things we spend time doing speak volumes of how we treat ourselves. We must pay attention to that.
Today, I'm joined by Dehjai White, Change Maker, Entrepreneur, Coach, Creative Project Manager, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Authenticity Champion. In 2009, Dehjai founded De-Intuitive Coaching, where she empowers women and girls through her mentoring and coaching. De-Intuitive is driven by Dehjai's profound sense of purpose, her passion for uplifting marginalized groups, and her relentless will to educate, guide, and change people's lives.
We had a fantastic conversation about the profound link between personal brands and authenticity, the importance, as entrepreneurs, of taking care of physical and mental health, success, and empowerment. Dehjai shared two lessons learned that changed how she sees the world, her definition of success, and her biggest fears.
Additionally, we talk about the red flags the body sends that you should pay attention to, what genuine authenticity is, and more.
