Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Henry Ford, and Thomas Edison had big visions, drive, and super focus to build the companies they did and change the way we work and live. These are the people the media talks about, people follow, and we study to determine how we too can be successful. In this episode, I ask the question, does the end justify the means. I go through an article about Elon Musk's leadership style to try and determine if he deserves to be almost worshiped by the media and those who follow him as a great man or if how he treats others negates his success. What has he really accomplished anyway? If you are a fan of Elon, this is NOT the episode for you.
