And here we are! It's the final episode of season 2 of Braving the Way, and what an incredible season this has been. I cannot thank you all enough! From my amazing guests to all of you who are listening to the episodes - thank you. If you had told me just a year ago that I would be hosting a podcast and it would be such a beautiful journey, I'm not sure I would have thought this all possible.
For this final episode, I am beyond delighted and honored to have activist and actress, AnnaLynne McCord joining me today. AnnaLynne is an inspiring, authentic, and vulnerable soul. NOTHING is off limits in this episode. Today we are speaking about her journey with DID, being an actress while living with DID, and a very intimate dive into sex, love, and trauma and how they are all interconnected.
From talking about her process of living and thriving, healing modalities, monogamy and nonmonogamy, sexuality, and lessons learned from toxic relationships -- to ultimately learning that loving yourself should be at the center of everything you do, this episode is raw, real, and vulnerable. At the end, AnnaLynne provides listeners with a heart-centered and gratitude meditation. This is my longest episode to date, so take your time in listening, and go mindfully.
Thank you all for being here! Braving the way Season 3 is coming your way mid-summer of 2023, and I can't wait for you to hear what's next. Sending love and light, always. Brave on.

AnnaLynne bio:
AnnaLynne McCord is an American actress, writer, director and
producer. McCord first gained prominence in 2007 as the scheming Eden Lord on the FX television series Nip/Tuck.
During her free time, McCord has contributed to various charities. She is the Founder of "THE LOVE STORM" a campaign which raises awareness for those victimized by human-trafficking and sexualized violence.
In 2014, McCord revealed that she was sexually assaulted when she was nineteen by a male friend. In 2018 while undergoing EMDR (a neurological treatment for PTSD), McCord had latent memories of years of child sexual abuse resurface. She has since become an advocate for the profound treatment and the remarkable transformation to which it has led her.
