The 2024 NHL Draft in the Sphere was a spectacle, and it didn't take long for the Ducks to make a bold pick. JD Hernandez returns home to break down the first three Anaheim Ducks' picks in this year's draft. Taking Beckett Sennecke at #3 was somewhat unexpected, but with his stock steadily rising, GM Pat Verbeek saw something in the young right winger. We also hear from Sennecke as he talks about who helped him get to this point. Also, the Ducks traded up to the #23 pick to select the bruising right-handed defenseman, Stian Solberg.
