"We are only as sick as the secrets we keep and shame is committed to keeping us sick" (AA). It's time to step out of the secrecy of our struggles and into the truth of what we are actually facing. In doing so we'll find greater health and freedom for our mind, body, and soul. After all, the world doesn't need perfect people it just needs people that understand they need each other and Jesus.
