Alex is a Doctor of Chiropractic, 3 times Jnr Australian Gold Medalist Field Archery Champion, a recipient of the 2016 Wellness Champion of the Year Award, is a Certified CCF Life and Executive Coach, a trained DeMartini Method Facilitator, an author, and professional speaker who has spoken to audiences both locally and internationally on topics of transforming stress, creating wellness and unlocking optimal human potential.

When Alex is not taking care of people in private practice, you will find him reading or writing about one of his topics of interest, enjoying time in the garden or nature where he resides in east-central New South Wales.

Alex is a strong believer in social responsibility and giving back, which is why since 2016 he has given annually to WaterAid India after what he witnessed during a humanitarian and speaking trip to the country that year. To date, Alex has helped provide long-term access to clean drinking water to over 250 families as a result of his efforts.
