Lacy and Candace get honest about the highs and lows of breastfeeding, their personal challenges with weight gain during pregnancy, trying to lose while maintaining milk supply, and how they are learning to balance their weight loss expectations with what their bodies are telling them.

Plus, they share their daily routines, food choices and habits that have helped them see progress in their health and weight loss journey.
