We all go through life with the intention of being better and being happy. It doesn't always work out that way. So what do we do? We have to put in the work. We have to do our best, even if it may look better each day. We just have to be and do one percent better than we did yesterday. And it will all work out one way or another. No worries.
There is only so many hours in a day. How many times have you said this to yourself? I know I have. What if you were to change your perception from that to how much can I do with the time I have left. Sure, father time lets us know we are getting older. But what if we can tell him that we are going to use that time to get better as we age like a fine wine.
Being a teenager sucks ass sometimes, but it is just the beginning of the life. The challenges, the ups and downs. Some say this is the best time of your life and it doesn't work that way for everyone. However, its the lessons you learn now that will help you see the future. I talk about my experience and use a nice little playlist to throw you off and get you on the right track.
Think about how much easier life was when we were kids. We don't have the darkness we have now. However we have the will to go for our goals and to make our dreams come true. Do we really have an inner child or do we want to find the most beautiful life ever?
So i guess I will spend this time asking questions that maybe people have asked or are afraid to ask or will go ahead and ask? Why are we so attracted ot competition and this thought we have to be the best? What does it actually gets us? How does it make us a better society? I look at what good competition brings and yes, the negative. I am all over the place here so buy a map.
Inspired by the lovely anime/video game Danganropa pictured on the right, I decided to dive into the themes or hope and despair as they base the story around that. It was interesting to me as I feel that we all feel this way at times. I want to explore that a little bit more. Why do we get that way and how to we find a healthy balance?
As we take an authentic voice with this show, we need to ask ourselves does what others do matter? If we live our life in a way that bothers others, should it bother us? Can we live a life without gossip, strife and division depsite gender, culture, and belief systems. How so? How does it work? Let's find out.
It's time to take a deep dive into the different versions of Michael I have been throughout my life to inspire you to do the same. We must find the version that is real, that we love, and we can live with. We must find all our wonderful parts, and our most unlikable and learn how to integrate then all together into the best version of who we are. Sometimes, it takes deep work and removing yourself from everything to really get to know yourself. A practice that I am currently involved in right now with other benefits and plans to make a version of myself that is better than ever before. For those who actually love me and most importantly myself.
Sometimes it's more comfortable to follow a crowd and compromise your thoughts and values to feel safe, despite you may disagree. I speak about having the courage to be your own person and living by your own code. About owning mistakes you have made in this regard and looking to move forward. Starting with a blank canvas but making sure you have brand new paint.
