Remember to stay relaxed in your throat. Use the sound to create a softening. Be unconcerned with any bumps or fluctuations in the sound. The muscles of the throat are just learning how to be relaxed and active at the same time.

We continue to practice feeling vibration through the hum sound. According to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, this practice develops your sensitivity and awareness, improving your psychic abilities.

The Humming Bee Breath (Bhramari Pranayama)

Today we will take note of the air and space that we are using to breathe and focus on the air and space within our bodies.

After spending time with the 2-part inhale you will notice that it starts to feel as though you could combine the two inhales into one large one. And so, we do. Remember to stay within ease and softness while you practice. This breath practice can feel wonderful.
