Brian Brooks the Acting Comptroller of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) , stated that the OCC will release the Payments Charter in Fall 2020 which I believe will unlock massive utility for Ripple XRP. The first regulations of banks being able to custody crypto was passed on July 22, 2020 and the second phase is allowing the Banks and instituions participating in lending, deposits and payments to use cryptocurrencies and digital assets. In addition, Ripple released their Q2 2020 XRP markets report.

Electric Capital, a San Francisco-based venture fund, said it will use $110 million raised from university endowments and other nonprofits to invest in cryptocurrencies and related businesses.
