Brian interviews Waldemar Plusa. Waldemar is a Polish-Canadian residing now in the city of Wroclaw. The city of 600,000 has welcomed 200,000 Ukrainian refugees in the past month and he and his Rotary club have launched a fundraising effort to assist them. He is not overwhelmed by the challenge of dealing with and helping refugees that have dramatically increased the population of his city. His Rotary has launched an effort to help them, get supplies and teach them polish so they can get jobs.

Brian interviews Dmytro Zolotukhin. Dmytro is from Poltava - the city of the battle between Moscow Empire of Peter I and Swedish army of Charles XII. He served as deputy minister of information policy in 2017-2019, responsible for information security and disinformation countering. Now, he is a lecturer in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, one of the most famous universities of Ukraine and teaches the course "Crisis communication and information warfare" for future public servants. We talk about the role of propaganda and disinformation in Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Brian interviews Paul Klein. Paul is a founder and CEO of Impakt, founder of the Impakt Foundation for Social Change and author of the new book "Change for Good", an Action-Oriented Approach for Businesses to Benefit from Solving the World's Most Urgent Social Problems published by ECW Press on March 15, 2022. Paul is a globally recognized authority on helping businesses benefit from solving social problems. In 2019, Paul established the Impakt Foundation for Social Change, a registered charitable organization with a mission of helping people in need find pathways to employment.

Brian interviews Maria Avdeeva from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Maria is a disinformation expert who has been reporting the devastation from Kharkiv. She is a lawyer in Ukraine and has a Phd in Political Science. She is research Director of the European Expert Association where she has focused on international security, cooperation of Ukraine with the EU and NATO in combating security challenges. Her recent post was: “Today is the 25th day of our defence and our unity. We defend our country, our homes, our families and children. Our military and territorial defence units are beating the enemy on all battlefields. And we will win! Слава Україні!"

📌Ukrainian husband Dmytro Makienko who’s family is in Kiev. They were shelled and the fighting broke out next door but at least the Russians have been pushed out, he says. His friends are in Kharkiv.
