Britain's Cold War Nuclear Regiment features Michael 'Spud' Taylor, a veteran of the cold-war. Mick served with 50 Missile Regiment Royal Artillery. Stationed in Germany as part of the BAOR, they used the Lance missile system, to eliminate Russian targets who had invaded NATO territory. It was estimated Mick and his colleagues would have been wiped out within 30 minutes if the cold war heated up.
