While redistricting generally takes place following the census and reapportionment, that is not the only time it can occur. Numerous states have had to redistrict following judicial rulings that their maps violate principles of the Constitution or other laws around redistricting.

We continue out look at last weeks concert at Valley Children Stadium at Fresno State. The stadium has a capacity of 40,727 for football and Fresno State athletic director Garrett Klassy told news outlets the stadium had a sold-out concert capacity or about 30,000 for Shakira’s show.
