The FBI has released clearer surveillance footage of the suspect in the Brown University shooting that killed two students and injured nine. Authorities describe him as a masked man, about 5’8” with a stocky build. A $50,000 reward is offered, and the manhunt continues amid heightened campus and community anxiety. Authorities says there is no threat, however the shooter is still at large.
