We're really spoiling you track fans!!!

Sorry the WC review is a bit late but it's certainly worth the wait. We're joined by some UK Middle Distance legends who know a thing or two about winning World Championship medals to discuss our favourite moments from a fabulous champs.

2009 800m Bronze medalist Jenny Meadows and 2011 1500m Silver medalist Hannah England bring all their broadcasting knowledge to our pod and we may be joined by a few extra special newly crowned champions as well!!!

It so good we had to split it into two parts!!!
