This time of the year it’s easy to check out.
Especially if you don’t have the results that you wanted to create over the last 12 months.
And that’s really why I detest New Year’s Resolutions. It’s just another false starting point when in truth, we have a choice in every moment to make a powerful, new decision rather than a decision from resignation.
So this week I'm going to COACH YOU!
I want you to have a sense of clarity and certainty BEFORE New Year arrives.
I want you to feel anchored in to resourceful and powerful emotions AND taken a step toward creating the self concept you need in order to start creating the results you want.
And before we start, here’s a thought I want you to borrow as we do this work together.
THERE IS PLENTY OF TIME LEFT THIS YEAR FOR ME TO GET DIFFERENT RESULTS AND CREATE A POWERFUL PLAN FOR GROWTH.

THE GROW MODEL IS A FOUR-STEP FRAMEWORK.
G – GOAL - Getting clearer on your goal and have an understanding of why it’s important to you and what values it meets for you .
R – Reality. Where are you at now. Create some context for creating action steps based on that.
O – Generting options and seeing opportunities for growth and action
W – Way forward. This is your commitment.
What I’m going to do now is give you 3 questions in each stage and my suggestion is that you answer them ALL – even if it feels like you are repeating yourself.
A big part of growth is challenging the models with we function within in life. Because those models have created who we are and what we have.
Change requires changing our models (most of the time) and so give yourself permission to do the things even if your brain tells you why you shouldn’t!

G – GOAL - Here are the 3 concepts. Get the questions on the pdf and in the show
- If it doesn’t match your values, it will be hard to achieve
- Doing it to feel a certain way is back to front
- If it feels yukky when you write it – look for the Thought that’s creating that. (we’ll do this coaching model next week)
R- Reality
- Your power is in decisions made from possibility not circumstance or resignation
- Ekhart Tolle – it is your current experience not your life experience
- No shame no blame no judgemen
O – Options & Opportunities
- There is ALWAYS a way.
- Self concept is more powerful than strategy
- Doing the same thing over and over = insanity
W- Way Forward
- It’s the tiny actions taken consistently that create the big results
- Your biggest skill is emotional resilience
- Mind your time line
