It's hard to describe but there is a powerful energy and excitingment brewing in the building industry that we have not felt in awhile.

After some recent builder meetings as well as a recent article the sentiment that 2025 is going to be a great year is growing.

We share some of the reasons for the optimism including how home traffic and sales inquires are increasing and clients who put projects on hold are re-engaging builders again.
