This week we’ve got Todd Randall. Todd is a serial entrepreneur who has built 8 businesses including spas, gyms, a construction company, a wholesaling company, and now a coaching practice working with other budding entrepreneurs. 

Todd and I talk about quitting his W2 to start building and scaling a business without special innovations nor much capital. He utilizes scale tools to build a business that makes him many times the income from his W2. We also talk about how he became a remote business operator giving his first franchise business as an example.
