Some places are quieting down.  Others are doing the opposite.  Loudening up?  The government has a special bunker where the sitting president can be safe no matter what happens.  Maybe it's time to go back to cold war era logic and start digging holes in our yards and filling them with cans of beans.  We're still blaming the Russians, so it won't require much effort to recreate the rest.
