John Butkovich was last seen on July 31, 1975 a few months prior to his 19th birthday. He worked for PDM which was owned by John Wayne Gacy. Butkovich's father went to CPD at least once a week for years begging them to look for his son. He also told CPD that they should look into Gacy as the reason for his son's disappearance. Chicago Police Department ignored Mr. Butkovich's pleas.
