“When you just want to pull your hair out and yell at someone and your heart starts to beat fast? Is overwhelm choosing you or are you choosing it?”
In this episode I talk about what happens in your physical, mental, and emotional body when you are in overwhelm with money. Because when it comes to life work and money are normally the higher stress things. So they embody faster and take longer to shake. Fear and anxiety can sometimes be a resting state in your body like they used to be for me and what to do about it. What signs your body is going through this state and what you can do to go through it instead of avoid it. Because I promise you, the more you avoid, the more it will just come back to bite you in the ass.
In this episode we touch on:
1. Acknowledge your body is in a state of overwhelm
2. Physically take a breathe deep breathe and count on the way in + out
3. Move from where you are (maybe take a walk)
4. Breathe again through the uncomfortable, but feel it
5. Take 1 step day by day because it is a lot and you need to keep going Steps your body goes through
You start to feel your natural state shift
Your heart beats faster
Your internal thoughts start to get noisy or noisier
Your physical body just wants to throw something
You want to quit + stopFixing money issues or work issues feels like the end of the world. When you hit a block you don't want to keep going and it feels like a never ending list. But are you choosing to feel overwhelmed?
