Amigos and Amigas, and we are back with another episode! This episode has a lot of Summer vibes but with a twist. This is an honest conversation about how when Summer rolls around we get excited about the vibes, the pool, the bbq's, etc. But also flood in the thoughts about "wearing the shorts" "wearing the bathing suit" "wearing the top with no sleeves"- This is a conversation about beginning the accpetance around our body and how it should feel for us. This episode brings a lot of freedom around our bodies and the clothes we wear.

Through this episode I ask,

1. Size standards are set to make and distribute clothing, they are not the standard you have to uphold.

2. You can change and create your own narrative around how you feel and what you see in the mirror.

3. What does your size say about you? absolutely nothing if you say so.
