Marketing is not the answerâŠ
ðð° ð¢ ð§ð¢ðªððªð¯ðš ð£ð¶ðŽðªð¯ðŠðŽðŽ!
So often I hear business owners, business professionals, dissatisfied with their marketing results. We have spent a fortune on marketing with no results, is often the complaint.
However, a business looking at marketing (and even sales) to solve a business problem is setting the marketing initiative up to fail.
Here is the thingâŠ
You can only market what the business has to offer⊠and it is not just products or services.
ð A business needs clear structures and processes that works.
ð A business needs a mission that is clearly defined including at least 3 goals they want to achieve by at specific date and why.
ðA business must not rely on products or services to grow their business, but their people â people grow a business not products or services.
These are âmust-havesâ I look at every time I take on a new client⊠because people buy from people and that should always be the main marketing focus.
Businesses that have clearly defined missions backed by processes that work and people that believe in it, always yield great marketing (and sales) results.
