Uche Malik talks growing up in Boston, moving back to Nigeria, his family pushing him to make music, playing the DJ and A&R role before putting out his own music, self-confidence, being robbed in Washington D.C, a near-fatal car accident, Afrobeats dominating the United States music scene, artists not "selling out" by allowing American artists on their homegrown records, his discography leading up to his July EP 'Nwa Owerri,' and what you can expect in the first album.
