Helma Croft on cnbc - recession fears has been driving prices lower - so this should be a floor - with the us pushing against saudis Europe will need oil when they sanction Russia - us producers have not increased production - so the question is what happens - if the us bans export of oil it will bring prices here down but our Allie’s will be in pain - it all comes to a head in December
