A new proposal by the President which takes effect in May 2023 will penalize home buyers who have high credit scores. What does this mean for anyone buying a home? How much will this cost you? For buyers with lower credit you will be getting some assistance. Is this right to do? We discuss the validity of the program and if it will survive legal challenges.
