Today’s guest is Karen Stiller who is a professional writer, and senior editor of a national Canadian magazine called “Faith Today.”
As a journalist, she has shared stories from Africa, Southeast Asia and North America. She has a Master of Arts in Creative Non-Fiction from University of King’s College, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and an honorary doctorate from Providence University College & Seminary.
In our conversation, we talk about her book “The Minister’s Wife”, how she got it published, and how she sees the often challenging role of being married to a minister. Her husband Brent is an Anglican priest and they have three adult children.
We delve into the world of Christian publishing which is a large market, particularly in the United States, and we talk about the writing and editing process with a lot of great insights for writers just beginning down the road to writing their books. Tune in and listen to a deep conversation!
