The Company is engaged in the identification, exploration and development of mineral properties, with a primary focus on gold properties located in Brazil. Its projects include Cuiu Cuiu gold project and Bom Jardim project. The Company’s Cuiu Cuiu gold project is located in the Tapajos Region within the state of Para in northern Brazil. Its Bom Jardim project is located approximately 25-kilometer northwest of the Cuiu Cuiu property and 45 kilometers north west of Eldorado’s Tocantinzinho deposit. The Bom Jardim project exploration licenses comprise approximately 13,000 hectares covering the headwaters and source areas of the Bom Jardim district. Its subsidiaries include Cabral Gold Ltd. and Magellan Minerais Prospeccao Geologica Ltda.
