We have uncovered another body cam video that further proves Brandon Rafi and Raees Mohamed outright lied not once, not twice not even three times but at least 1/2 a dozen times Brandon Rafi pursued a false narrative that Gil Negrete called in a bomb threat to Phoenix Police Department. That was false.

But what we learned from this video camera is that Rafi Law Group never closed for business or suffered any economic damages. Yet Brandon Rafi in both of his complaints made false allegations. Yes, false. The judge ruled that Brandon Rafi did not have a factual basis for bringing forth his own lawsuits against Gil.

We see in this video that Rafi CFO "Tish" called police, had several opportunities to evacuate, even called Brandon, and still declined evacuation. In fact, they knew that day before close of business that the threat was tied to a student in the West Valley.

While already knowing this, RLG staff still alleged that Gil made a bomb threat and broke into Rafi's private residence.

This video speaks volumes about the unprofessional conduct of Brandon Rafi and Raees Mohamed and the other attorneys who brought forth frivolous lawsuits against both Gil and Jesus.

In November of 2024 Raees Mohamed called the police 8 days after his wife saw a suspicious truck parked outside their home. He was convinced the black F-150 belonged to the show's hosts Gil or Jesus.

He gives a description and license plate of the truck and tells a story of how Gil is a bad person and Jesus will do anything for Gil. He alleges they sell drugs, have ties to the cartel, and are low level thugs. Raees tells Officer Sheldon Czegledi, (27 year veteran of the City of Phoenix Police Department and 5th highest paid employee in Phoenix according to an online report) that Gil sells drugs, has cartel ties, and is gambling away all of his money. He further alleges that Gil is being sued for defaulting on loans and debt. He says Jezuz doesn't have a day job and that because the fellas own Ford F-150's they must have been responsible for casing his home.

Brandon Rafi gets his Federal RICO case against Gil and Jesus dismissed with prejudice. The judge opens the door for fees. Rafi Law Group failed to provide any evidence to back their claims that Gil and Jesus are racketeers, extortionists, or a gang. Instead, Rafi bailed on the federal case and the first sign of resistance from Federal Judge Hemetuwa.

Days prior to dismissing this case, Andrew Gould of Hotlzman Vogel told the Magistrate Judge that he was ready to put people in a jury box and win this case for Brandon Rafi and Rafi Law Group. Welp! That didn't happen.

The State Judge has ruled that Brandon Rafi's lawsuit brought groundless claims and baseless allegations. With no evidence, Brandon Rafi essentially lied about my involvement with a bomb threat and my involvement with a home invasion that never happened. We know both Brandon and his wife, Paige, were complicit in their lawsuit against Gil and Trina and Valley Injury Lawyers. The REAL dark horse prevailed. Justice defeated Evil and we can take satisfaction in that.

We know Brandon Rafi is not a trial attorney.

We have learned that several new lawsuits have been filed against Brandon Rafi and Rafi Law Group for legal malpractice.

We can take this ruling and move forward with our own arguments and complaints.

Gil and Jesus differ in opinion if Brandon Rafi suffered any consequences with his groundless and baseless claims.
