"Danger" is a relative term.  For example, Nik doesn't consider Juarez dangerous.  He does, however, consider Minneapolis dangerous.  The average person might swap the two.  We take the third route and declare both no go zones, along with every other city in the western hemisphere.  Better safe than sorry, right?
