It is well-known that anxiety can have a negative impact on one’s life. It can make it difficult to concentrate, sleep, or even eat. Some people may experience anxiety so severe that it interferes with their ability to work or attend school. Thankfully, there are many ways to help manage anxiety. One method is through the use of affirmations.

Affirmations are positive statements that can help to reframe our thinking. For example, if we are anxious about an upcoming test, we might tell ourselves “I am confident and prepared.” Repeating affirmations can help to shift our focus from negative thoughts to more positive ones. Additionally, research has shown that affirmations can actually help to reduce stress and anxiety levels.
