We didn’t know how much we needed the calm, nurturing spirit of Ms. Reba Broussard until she showed up in the studio (accompanied by her sweet friend Ms. Linda.)
We are so grateful to hear Ms. Reba’s faith journey…from a child who was hit by a school bus all the way through the loss of her first husband at the age of 38. She shares with us the friendship she found in Jesus. As a teacher for over 30 years, Ms. Reba was able to use her own experiences to meet her students where they are and to challenge them forward in their faith walk.

This conversation is about as real as it gets as Tiffany takes us on her journey from turning it up at college parties to turning it up for Jesus, and all the struggle along the way. We appreciate her realness and her passion for making disciples. You will be motivated after hearing this girl speak.

In Episode 79 Yvonne Bienvenu joins us for one of the most authentic conversations yet. A self-proclaimed walking conundrum, Yvonne’s Christian faith has sustained her as she continues to explore new avenues of healing from cancer.
As she says, so many things in life seem to conflict. The struggle for her comes from the beauty God has made from her journey, but also desiring the earthly miracle so her kids can have their momma. Yvonne feels a call to be a bridge that encourages others to live united and undistracted. Cancer does not define this woman!
After surgery in 2020, Yvonne’s cancer came back immediately in her skin. Join us in listening and also praying for Yvonne and her precious family. 🙏🏼

Kelly Breaux, co founder of Red Bird Ministries joins us for episode 77!
Kelly and her husband Ryan were given a cross that no parent should have to carry . . . watching two of their children die before their very eyes. For years, Kelly battled numbness, despair, and anger, repeatedly asking God “why?”
Through God’s grace and the Sacraments, Kelly and Ryan were able to heal and restore their marriage. Red Bird Ministries was born out of the hope to reach other men and women who have experienced loss of a child. Miscarriage is one of those losses where parents usually suffer silently.
Check out Kelly’s book, Hiding in the Upper Room, and all of her grief support materials.

Episode 75 is everything!! Get ready to be inspired ya'll. Megan Boudreaux, at the age of 24, quit her job, sold everything, and moved to Haiti, by herself—all without a clear plan of action. Months later she founded Respire Haiti, a non-profit to fight for the freedom of Haiti's estimated 300,000 restaveks (child slaves). Megan followed God's call to begin a feeding program and transform a barren hillside into a refuge and a school for 500 children. Today, Megan and her staff of nearly 200 are transforming this community as they educate, feed, and address the needs of those around them.
Megan and her husband, Josh, have adopted three children and welcomed two biological children in 2018 and 2020.
