An angel walking the Earth! We are beyond excited to bring you another one of our favorite people. As a Christian counselor, Kristy Suire helps others who feel stuck and overwhelmed to understand and manage life challenges. She joins us on Episode 23 to discuss how she found her career in counseling, her family's adoption story, and we touch the topics of codependency, boundaries and the grief train.
And of course, we also talk about our favorite topic, temperaments! The basis of Kristy's counseling is temperament therapy, a tool used solely for the purpose of helping others better understand themselves. When our needs are not being met, it can cause stress and anxiety. Other possible symptoms include: depression, dissatisfaction, loneliness, fear, frustration, anger, marriage and family problems, poor work performance, exhaustion and inter/intra personal conflicts.
You will love her and every single minute of this episode! Thanks for being here with us today! And don't forget to share is with those you love.

Why is confession a good thing? Do our prayers count? What is this thing called grace? On episode 22, we discuss all the spiritual things with Fr. Michael Luxbacher, from his journey into the the priesthood as a Legionary of Christ (don’t worry he explains what this congregation is) to his newest assignment here in Louisiana. He’s finally here sitting down with us in the flesh and we are so pumped about it! You will certainly love this little spiritual journey we take you on. It’s full of laughs, sarcasm and Canadian wit from our dear friend.
You really won’t want to miss this one and we promise you will be ready for more of him after you listen to this very lucky Episode 22.

We are sitting down with our sweet friend, Mary-Ellen Charpentier today and she's here to spread some truth! In addition to being a mom, she is a full time nurse who's just trying to keep her head above water on any given day. Mary-Ellen recently started a blog, The Bottom Lines, which discuses topics like motherhood, life's struggles, and faith. She has three kids with whom she credits for teaching her all the important things of life, like how to be in 5 places at once, how to remove colored marker from walls, how to pretend like everything is fine, and how to get ready in 3 minutes!
On Episode 21, we discuss how to use life's challenges for the good of others. We believe that vulnerability is the key that unlocks the door to freedom. We spend too much time trying to live in versions of ourselves that weren't meant for us.
You will definitely love this honest, yet super funny episode! Thanks for tuning in:)

The beautifully brave Stacey Judice joins us on Episode 20! She is the owner/founder of Community Chronicles-a publication covering two parishes in Louisiana-connecting the areas she covers with positive news. Stacey loves Jesus, loves her family, loves her dog, and loves to write! This adoring wife and mom of 3 founded the group Warrior Moms-a support group for mamas with children in the military. Her story has inspired us to 'be happy with crumbs', to 'have joy through the pain', to 'focus on the faith not the fate', to 'be better not bitter', and to have 'class and grace not sass and mace'. You won't want to miss this!
If you are interested in learning more about "Warrior Moms" or ordering a book you can reach Stacey Judice at [email protected].

Join us as we dive into the beauty of his life, the importance of surrendering to the Lord with your struggles, and the Mamba mentality of always striving to be the best versions of ourselves.
Other nuggets we briefly touch on include: The Aaron Hernandez series on Netflix, the book Get Out of Your Head by Jennie Allen, and an amazing podcast by Annie F. Downs called That Sounds Fun.
