Personality traits reflect people’s characteristics, how they behave and communicate both physically and emotionally. Usually, we as a society tend to group people into one of two main distinctions, extroverts and introverts. Extroverts are people who are energised when they are surrounded by others, they constantly feed off of social interactions and engagements. Introverts, on the other hand, prefer to spend their time alone to recharge their energy. This does not necessarily mean that they are shy, they just do not crave social interaction like extroverts. Ambiverts are in the middle, we love to socialise but we also like to be left alone on some days. Being a young adult in my early twenties, this can sometimes be a hurdle when trying to juggle social commitments, ill explain further on this episode.
