That would bring average salaries to 200k. Operations in Montreal have been halted at two contained terminals responsible for 40% of goods since Oct 31. Talks with BC port workers are also at an impasse with 700 workers rejecting offer to the union that includes a 19.2 per cent wage increase over a four-year term
