Brandon’s Pain-Relief Body Butter (Cooling + Long Shelf Life, ~4 oz batch)

Ingredients:

• 1½ oz MCT oil (infused with cannabinoids)

• 1 oz shea butter

• ½ oz cocoa butter

• ¼ teaspoon menthol crystals (dissolved in ½ teaspoon MCT oil)

• 6 drops peppermint essential oil

• 3 drops camphor essential oil

• 1 capsule vitamin E (~400 IU)

Instructions:

1. Melt shea butter and cocoa butter together over low heat until fully liquid.

2. Stir in MCT oil (and the extra ½ tsp used for the menthol). Mix until uniform.

3. Remove from heat and allow the blend to cool until it begins to thicken slightly or turn cloudy.

4. Add dissolved menthol, peppermint, camphor, and vitamin E.

5. Whip with a hand mixer or whisk for 2–3 minutes until fluffy and pale.

6. Spoon into sterilized tins or glass jars, seal, and label with the date.

Storage:

• Keep sealed, cool, and away from sunlight.

• Shelf life: 12 months (up to 18 months if refrigerated).

• Use clean fingers or a spatula to prevent contamination.

Texture adjustment:

If too soft after setting 24 hours → remelt and add ¼ oz cocoa butter.

If too firm → remelt and add ½ oz MCT oil.
