A fire completely destroyed yet another fish-packing plant owned by Cape Bald Packers. The fire at the Cap-Pele plant has left hundreds of people worrying about the future of their jobs. But there are plans to rebuild. And if possible even this year, said Joanne Losier, a spokesperson for the company.
