John Bayliss, owner/operator of Bayliss Boatworks and board member of the Dare County Boatbuilders Foundation, and Ms. Nancy Brown, office manager at Bayliss Boatworks and Co-Director of the Boatbuilders Foundation Tournament, and talk about the upcoming tournament at Pirates Cove July 23rd-26th.
